1. THE SERVICE
Wild West Duel is a free-to-play reflex duel game with one optional in-app purchase (the Gold Season Pass). Online
duels, matchmaking, progress and the leaderboard are provided through the operator's server. The server may be
interrupted for maintenance, faults or development; the service is provided "as is" and continuous access is not
guaranteed.

2. ACCOUNT
The game gives you a guest account; its account ID and secret key are stored on your device. With the ID and key
shown under PROFİL > HESAP you can sign in to the same account from another device. Do not share the key: anyone
who knows it can use your account. If you lose the ID and key (e.g. you uninstalled the app without writing them
down), you may not be able to access the account again. You can delete your account from the PROFİL screen.

3. FAIR PLAY
The server decides the outcome of duels. The following are forbidden:
- gaining an advantage by modifying the game, the client or the network traffic, or with automated tools or cheat
  software,
- sending excessive requests to the server, trying to disrupt the service or exploiting security vulnerabilities,
- trying to use someone else's account,
- player names or gang names that are insulting, hateful, contain personal information or infringe others' rights.
The operator may reset the progress of accounts that break these rules, close the account and block connections.

4. VIRTUAL CONTENT AND PURCHASES
Levels, duel rating, league, gold and cosmetics are virtual in-game items; they have no real value, cannot be
converted to money outside the game and cannot be transferred. In-game gold is not sold directly for money; it is
earned by playing (including the tiers of the Gold Season Pass reward track, which are climbed by playing).
The Gold Season Pass is optional content bought for a fee through Google Play: it is valid for the season in which
it is bought and unlocks that season's gold reward track. Payment, billing and refunds are subject to Google Play's
terms; for a refund you can contact Google Play or destek@gdgamestudio.com. Rules and values may be changed to keep
the game balanced.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The game and its content belong to the operator or its licensors. Some 3D models are licensed Asset Store content.

6. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for service interruptions, data loss or indirect damages
arising from use of the game. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW
If the terms change, the current text is published in the game and at https://gdgamestudio.com/wildwestduel/kosullar.
The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply.
