Wild West Duel hesabınızı ve hesabınıza bağlı verileri iki yoldan silebilirsiniz.

1. Oyun içinden (hemen):
- Oyunu açın, ana menüde PROFİL'e dokunun.
- HESABIMI SİL düğmesine dokunun ve onaylayın.
- Hesap sunucuda hemen silinir; bu işlem geri alınamaz.

2. E-posta ile (oyunu açamıyorsanız veya kaldırdıysanız):
- destek@gdgamestudio.com adresine "Wild West Duel hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin.
- Hesap kimliğinizi yazın (oyunda PROFİL > HESAP ekranında görünür).
Hesap kimliğinizi bilmiyorsanız oyuncu adınızı ve hesabı en son kullandığınız tarihi yazın.
- Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir ve size e-postayla bildirilir.

Silinen veriler:
- Hesap kimliği ve anahtarın özeti, oyuncu adı
- İlerleme: seviye, deneyim, düello puanı, galibiyet/mağlubiyet sayıları, en iyi tepki süresi
- Açılan kozmetikler, altın, sezon kartı ilerlemesi, günlük görevler
- Çete üyeliği (tek üyesi olduğunuz çete kapatılır)

Saklanan veriler ve süreleri:
- Maç kayıtları: rakiplerinizin maç geçmişinde kalır; adınız "Silinmiş oyuncu" ile değiştirilir ve hesapla bağı
kaldırılır, yani size bağlanamaz.
- Satın alma kayıtları (satın alma jetonu, ürün, sezon, zaman): aynı satın almanın iki kez kullanılmasını önlemek
ve iade veya yasal yükümlülükler için saklanır.
- Hata raporları: hesabınızla bağlantılı değildir; 90 gün sonra otomatik silinir.
- Cihazdaki veriler: uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir.

You can delete your Wild West Duel account and the data linked to it in two ways.

1. In the game (immediately):
- Open the game and tap PROFİL (Profile) on the main menu.
- Tap HESABIMI SİL (Delete my account) and confirm.
- The account is deleted on the server immediately; this cannot be undone.

2. By e-mail (if you cannot open the game or have uninstalled it):
- Send an e-mail with the subject "Wild West Duel account deletion" to destek@gdgamestudio.com.
- State your account ID (shown in the game under PROFİL > HESAP). If you do not know it, give your player name and
when you last played.
- The request is completed within 30 days and confirmed to you by e-mail.

Data deleted:
- Account ID and the hash of its key, player name
- Progress: level, experience, duel rating, win/loss counts, best reaction time
- Unlocked cosmetics, gold, season pass progress, daily quests
- Gang membership (a gang of which you are the only member is closed)

Data kept, and for how long:
- Match records: they stay in your opponents' match history; your name is replaced with "Silinmiş oyuncu" (deleted
player) and the link to the account is removed, so they can no longer be tied to you.
- Purchase records (purchase token, product, season, time): kept to prevent the same purchase from being used twice
and for refunds or legal obligations.
- Error reports: not linked to your account; deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Data on the device: deleted when you uninstall the app.
